A Sept. 1 house fire in Washougal caused $25,000 in damage, but no injuries were reported.

Camas-Washougal Fire Department firefighters responded to reports of a structure fire in Washougal’s Gibbons Creek Mobile Estates at 12:14 a.m., Sept. 1, but said the homeowner had much of the blaze extinguished before they arrived.

The Camas-Washougal Fire Marshal’s office has not yet determined the cause of the blaze, which started on the outside of the house.
